Lyla Latif is a Kenyan qualified lawyer and legislative draftsperson.

She co-founded the Framework Convention on Global Health and the Committee of Fiscal Studies at the University of Nairobi.

Her legal practice focused around corporate tax, negotiating contracts and drafting securities and investment agreements for Kenyan entities. She has worked with a number of international organizations and NGOs.
