Rosario Pavese

Rosario is a political scientist and open government practitioner with over 15 years of experience in democracy strengthening and development, with a particular focus on the open government agenda. She joined the Open Government Partnership in 2017, where she currently serves as Director of Country Support (Regions). From 2022 to 2025, she led the organization’s work in the Americas. 

Prior to joining OGP, Rosario worked for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, promoting openness and transparency through a range of initiatives. She previously served as Director of Political Institutions and Government at Poder Ciudadano, the Argentine chapter of Transparency International.
