Litigation Support to Demand Accountability for Odious Oil-Backed Debt in South Sudan
Between December 2023 and February 2024, the Government of South Sudan entered into a secretive oil-backed loan agreement with the UAE-based Hamad Bin Khalifa Department of Projects.
