Emily is an accomplished operations professional with a strong background in non-profit operations and administration.

Now the Operations Manager at the International Lawyers Project, Emily brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at WE Charity, where she led change programs and oversaw cross-functional areas of responsibility.

Early in her career Emily also supported the set up of emergency refugee shelters in Germany during the 2015 European migrant crisis.

With a diverse skillset developed through hybrid roles across multiple key areas, Emily has proven expertise in non-profit operations, human resources, project management, charity governance, financial management, and facilities. Her ability to deliver effective results on multiple priorities and organisational objectives shines in fast-paced and evolving work environments.

Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding, both obtained from Durham University.
