Johnathan Tuck

Operations Manager

Johnathan has worked in operational roles for over 10 years, with experience across charities, cultural institutions, and education sectors. Prior to joining ILP, he was Operations Manager at Centre for London, the capital’s dedicated think tank, managing their finance, HR, IT, and governance processes. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings a strategic and people-focused approach to building effective ways of working.  

  

Johnathan has experience in shaping organisational cultures, and working with charities to ensure compliance, transparency, and fairness. He is passionate about human rights and international policy, and can utilise his skills to support ILP working toward equity, justice, and social change.  

  

Johnathan received his bachelor’s degree in music, and has an interest in live events, and the performing arts, and is an advocate to ensure young people and disadvantaged groups maintain equal access to music and creativity. Johnathan is also currently studying towards an Accounting Technician qualification to further increase his knowledge with data and finance.
