Lucie Rivalland

Communications and Operations Fellow

Lucie is currently studying a BSc (Hons) in Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath where her academic interests focus on international law, human rights, international development, and the role of legal institutions in advancing sustainable and inclusive governance.


Prior to joining the International Lawyers Project, Lucie did various internships, including a most recent one with Gender Links Mauritius, where she contributed to research and advocacy projects promoting inclusive governance and social development across the region. She has also gained experience supporting policy research and stakeholder engagement through academic and extracurricular projects.


Lucie is particularly interested in the ways legal and policy frameworks can strengthen the rule of law and improve access to justice.
