Merlene Amonde holds an LLB(Hons) from The University of Nairobi. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Law from The Kenya School of Law. Following her exposure at the Africa Center for Energy Policy, she has since taken a keen interest in resource governance and seeks to further hone her expertise as an ESD fellow at ILP.
