Pip is Head of Legal for Western Europe at Yum Brands. She specialises in embedding business integrity practices across multinational firms in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles.

Pip has Law and Political Science degrees from the University of Auckland, an Advanced Masters in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands and a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
